New construction in Murcia Vega Hills Village

We start the year by launching a blog to publicize the interesting news of our promotions and their surroundings 🙂

This morning we went to Vega Hills Village to see the construction of the first 18 villas in block 5 and we are going to share the images taken so that you can see the progress of this new construction located in the Northwest of Murcia, specifically Calasparra, a well-known place for its landscapes and gastronomy.

The rear face of an Esencia model villa, distributed in an L-shape, providing more privacy to the 3 bedrooms.

All the villas in Vega Hills Village have a reinforced concrete structure, foundations made by reinforced concrete footings and tying straps. They have “caviti” type sanitary slabs and unidirectional slabs with beams, joists and vaults, according to the earthquake-resistant construction standard.

As can be seen, the earth retaining walls, made of reinforced concrete, are up to 3 meters high.
